One relaxed weekend

 

I have the weekends off. So this weekend I just crawled in bed and watched TV or did some digital scrap booking on my computer. I did not mess up on my diet. This morning I weighed myself again, and I lost a total of 6 pounds now.  Tonight I ate some rice and gravy for supper. I wish I didn’t cause now my stomach feels yucky. I have noticed lately if I eat a heavy meal It make me feel sick.  I don’t know if my body is use to eating light and healthy. But I’m happy for the weight loss. Tomorrow I go back to work.  I love my job but I just hate getting up in the mornings. I’m not a morning person. Takes me a full hour to wake up almost. Then 15 minutes until I leave I slap my hair in a ponytail, put my scrubs on, and brush my teeth. Then I’m out the door. I take a shower at night, cause I don’t feel like waking up at 8 in the morning. I’m yawning just thinking about it.  I work with infants they don’t care if I have no make up on or look all fancy.  The minute I walk in the room its like they all look at me and say ohhhh Rhonda’s here, It’s spit up time… The little boogers…  LoL. So anyway. I just wanted to update with my weight loss. It’s doing well so far. Tomorrow I am going to go buy some more cereal and K2O protein water drinks. I’m running low. oh that is a scrapbook page I done of my nephew Hayden. That’s a picture of him when he was 9 months. Just felt like putting it in my post. well take care everyone. :)

  1. Way to go on losing the 6 pounds!! Seems to be working great for you! I would imagine the size of your stomach is shrinking and maybe that is why a big meal is no longer good to you…it could also be because you are eating healthy all day long and there is nothing healthy about gravy of any kind(even though it is impossibly yummy). Our bodies do better with 5 small meals a day anyway. Maybe adding something more in with your other meals would make it easier to eat a smaller dinner? Anyhow- very good job on losing weight!
